Accessing your online account
Managing your savings online is quick, easy and safe. To keep your account secure, we ask for your NS&I number, surname and password when you log in.
Finding your NS&I number
You'll find your NS&I number on any letter you've had from us since you've registered. It will be 11 digits long and starts with an 11, 21, 31 or 41.
You can quickly get a reminder of your NS&I number online, using your name, date of birth and postcode.
Resetting your password
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it online using your NS&I number and surname.
You’ll need your phone to hand as you’ll receive an automated call.
Switch, withdraw or manage your Premium Bonds without having to log in or register
You can now fill in an online form to switch to or withdraw money from certain accounts, or manage how you receive your Premium Bonds prizes. You won’t need to register to manage your savings online, or log in to your online account to do this.
Change how you receive your Premium Bonds prizes
You can now update your prize options online without having to register first. You can choose to have future prizes either paid directly to your bank account or have them reinvested. We’ll also ask you for your nominated bank account details.
If you’re already registered, you will not be able to use this service. Please log in instead.
